If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kanes.observation@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and work toward a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Pre-order items are guaranteed allocations ordered specifically for you. Pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Estimated release dates may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
